  Very good customer service. Had ordered a trek fx1 but due to an error at time placing order the bike was not available for another two months. A few days later was offered an upgrade to a fx2 at no extra cost. Don't think any store would have done what this store has done. Am very happy with the product. Thank you Trek Bicycle Springvale. Will recommend this store to all that are looking for a bike.
